Online legal assistance throughout Spain

Immigration lawyer in Spain: residence and nationality

Understand your options. Prepare the right application.

We help you identify the applicable immigration procedure, organise the documents and arrange legal assistance throughout Spain. Where the procedure permits, we can prepare and file electronically with the authorisation required to act on your behalf. Some steps, including fingerprints and identity checks, require your personal attendance.

Arabic-speaking assistance through an independent collaborating lawyer. Pérez & Burgos coordinates your request and confirms availability and the arrangements for assistance before accepting an engagement.

Your situation determines the route

Nationality, current status, entry and residence dates, family links and your purpose in Spain change the requirements. A NIE number, a TIE card and a residence permit are different things. We check what you need before you pay for a procedure.

A clear scope before you instruct us

A consultation helps identify the route, evidence and next step. Preparation, filing and representation are separate services unless expressly included. Before an engagement, we confirm the responsible professional, included work, fees and external costs in writing. A favourable outcome cannot be guaranteed.

Choose advice or request a service

Book a consultation if you need an individual legal assessment. If you already know the service you want, send a free request for a quote. A published “from” price needs a case-specific scope; a fixed fee covers only the stated ordinary service.

Online assistance, with personal steps identified

You do not need to visit our office to prepare your case. We explain any consular appointment, fingerprints, oath or other personal step. In-person assistance depends on the procedure, location and confirmed availability.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start from outside Spain?

Often yes, but the correct route may involve a Spanish consulate and personal attendance. Tell us where you are and what authorisation you hold.

Do you submit an application when I request a quote?

No. We first confirm whether we can accept the case, the scope, price and required representation.

Is there a free immigration consultation?

The initial request for service information or a quote is free. An individual legal consultation is paid: 49,90 € without document review or 121 € with document review, VAT included. The free first labour consultation is a different service.

Choose the next step

Consultation without document review: 49,90 € · Consultation with document review: 121 €*. VAT included.

If you engage us for the same matter within 15 calendar days after the consultation, we deduct 100% of the consultation fee from our professional fees. External expenses are excluded.

Requesting a quote is free and does not instruct the firm, submit an immigration application or suspend a deadline.

* Unusually extensive or complex documents may require an additional quote, communicated for acceptance before that work is done.
