Online legal assistance throughout Spain

Business plan for an immigration application in Spain

A project you can explain and support with documents.

We help prepare or review the project narrative and business plan for a specific immigration application. Start with your proposed activity and the information you already have. We confirm the work, required evidence, deliverable and fee before you engage us.

You can send your request in English. We will confirm the language and arrangements for professional assistance before accepting an engagement.

What we can help prepare

A clear explanation of the activity, target customers, operating needs, investment and funding; an organised budget and forecasts based on your evidence; and the explanation connecting those facts to the immigration route. Whether we draft from scratch or review an existing plan, and the agreed revisions, are confirmed in writing.

What we need from you

The activity and location, relevant experience or qualifications, available funds, premises and equipment costs, expected customers, prices, operating costs and expected start date. Label estimates and explain how you calculated them. Do not send passports, bank statements or other sensitive documents in the first enquiry; we will indicate a suitable channel.

What is separate

Application preparation and filing, government fees, licences, sworn translations, legalisation, third-party reports or certifications, accounting and tax management, appeals and other applicants are separate unless expressly included. A viability assessment by another organisation is not included automatically. This service does not provide funding or certify future profits.

How the engagement works

Send the free service request. We check the immigration route, the available material and whether you need drafting or a review. You receive a written scope, final fee including the applicable VAT, external costs and delivery arrangements for acceptance. We start after the engagement and necessary authorisation are formalised. Sending a request is not an official filing and does not stop a deadline.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work from a draft I already have?

Yes. Send a short description first. We quote for the review or drafting actually needed, rather than assume that every project needs a new plan.

Can I book the plan and the permit together?

Yes, subject to the case review. The written proposal identifies both scopes and any included work, without charging twice for overlapping tasks. The published permit starting fee does not automatically include preparing the plan.

Will a professionally prepared plan guarantee approval?

No. It must describe a genuine, evidenced project and the applicant must meet the relevant requirements. We do not invent figures, clients or certificates, and cannot guarantee an authority’s decision.

Prepare the project and the next step

Check the self-employed immigration route

Registering with the tax authority or as self-employed with Social Security does not replace immigration permission. We check your status and proposed activity before deciding whether you need an initial authorisation, a modification or no new work authorisation.
